Shipping & Returns

Delivery costs sends your order via PostNL, and only charges the standard postNL freight fees.

Please note: some products like incense may be very light, but do not fit through the mailbox, and postNL charges the tariffs for a heavy package for them.

For shipments outside the Netherlands, higher tariffs are applicable than the standard fees provided automatically for shipment within the Netherlands. We will contact you regarding these different fees before shipments abroad, so please do not make your payment before our confirmation.

In exceptional cases, we can make other shipment provisions, please contact us via the page 'Contact us'.

Pick up

Of course you are welcome to collect your order at our shop in Emst, you have the possibility to chose this option during ordering. For these orders, we obviously do not charge shipment fees.

Important: we strongly recommend you to first check with us if the shop is open, for example by phone (055-5050908).

Returning a shipment

Our products are packed with the greatest care, but problems can always occur. When a product is damaged by us, or wrongly sent to you, we will send you a new product after receipt of the faulty product. Please inform us in writing (e-mail, fax or mail) about the problem.
It is also possible that the damage was caused by the transport; in this case, only the mail-company (postNL in the Netherlands) is liable for damage or improper delivery. can not be held liable for problems that have occurred during or after shipment, but we will do our utmost to keep you happy as our customer.
